This cozy and bright apartment is located on the first floor of a recently renewed seventeenth century building.
The private terrace and all the windows overlook a picturesque and sunny canal, the view is breathtaking!
There is just a short stair to reach the apartment which in details consists of :

– the entrance
– a bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, hairdryer
– one master bedroom with a double king size bed, a big wardrobe and a dresser with a large mirror
– a living room with a brand-new sofa bed (comfortable thick mattress 140cmx200cm) and a smart TV
– a single bedroom with a single bed, a dresser and an armchair
– a fully equipped kitchen (toaster, kettle, stove, oven, fridge and freezer)
– the PRIVATE flowery terrace: a wonderful and picturesque place where you can chill, have your breakfast, lunch, dinner… or just drink a glass of wine enjoying the view of the canal in front of you!

Air conditioning, heating and free wifi are provided all around the apartment.

LOCATION :

The apartment is located in Cannaregio, one of the six districts of Venice. This is a popular quarter of Venice, well know for the presence of the Jewish ghetto (the oldest in Europe), the gothic church Madonna Dell’Orto, the Ca’ D’Oro (one of the most beautiful palace on the Grand Canal), the Casino and great landscapes and sunsets to photograph and paint.
It is one of the most Venetian area, here you can still see the life from citizens side.
The apartment is out of the main chaotic streets, in a peaceful and picturesque area next to the house of the famous Renaissance painter Tintoretto. Despite this, in few steps you can find everything you need (restaurants, bars, supermarket, ice cream, pharmacy etc) and reach the main attractions as Saint Mark’s Square, Rialto’s bridge, etc.

CONNECTIONS :

The apartment is 5 minutes walking from the waterbus stop Madonna dell’Orto and this makes the location very easy to reach from the airport thanks to the direct waterbus Alilaguna orange line. Public transports to the train station and piazzale Roma (parking lots and bus station) are quick and frequent as well.
From Madonna dell’Orto you can also easily reach the islands: Murano in 15 minutes, Lido beaches in less than 30 minutes.
From the apartment, main sights are easily reachable on foot or by waterbus.
